Shipping Info

COVID-19: We are fulfilling orders to all countries except India, parts of Africa and the Middle East. We have provided approximate delivery times below, but bear in mind that these are estimates while the situation continues to change. Only choose a business address for delivery if you know the business will remain open.

Processing time

We ship Monday-Friday except during UK holidays. Currently, orders are processed and dispatched within around 5 days. You’ll always receive a shipping notification the moment your order has been sent.

Shipping times

Average delivery times after dispatch are currently as follows:

United Kingdom: 4 days
Europe: 14 days
North America: 28 days
Rest of World: 30+ days

These are estimates and subject to change depending on global events.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are items still in production, which will be shipped at a later date. We try our best to give an accurate estimate of when your pre-order item will ship, but manufacturing times can vary, so please bear this in mind when you place your pre-order. We’ll regularly update the item page with an estimated shipping date. Orders containing a combination of pre-orders and in-stock items will ship together when the final item is ready.

Shipping costs

To see shipping costs before you order, go to your cart and choose your shipping country. You can get significantly lower shipping costs by ordering multiple items together, so please make sure you’ve added all your desired items to the basket before you check out.

Return Policy

Problems with your order

If you experience any problems with a physical order, such as damaged or defective items, we can usually offer a replacement or refund. We can also provide technical support for digital downloads. Please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.

Cancellations

Instant digital downloads are not refundable. If you wish to cancel a physical order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us.
